if you ever have an job title more than 64 Chars you will soon find out theres an hardcoded Character limit while using UI. Job title can (by default) up to 128 Characters verified by browsing AD Schema (AD using Server 2016 Function Level) and can set by using Powershell Set-User *USERNAME* -Title „VERY LONG TITLE“
